Note: Apologies while we are under construction!
Easy, simple and fabulous craft going on my list of things to do for a team make and take. I love this idea! Put one in your drawers… to make your drawers smell good! :-)I took dried lavender flowers from a local market (plus a rosebud I saved and dried) and mixed with 8 drops of Young Living lavender in a stainless steel bowl. (It’s best to use stainless or glass for all your essential oil creations!) Then just loaded the bag. How easy is that?
If you have dried flowers, use them! If not, now you know why you should save flowers in the future!! Just put them in a paper bag and store in a cool, dry place. They’ll dry perfectly!
If you don’t have dried lavender you can order it from Amazon. This brand came with great reviews and is from Provence, France. Provence is kind of famous for lavender, and I am humbled to know that when growers in France needed help reviving their crops they turned to Young Living. They knew that Gary Young had well-preserved the true lavender from that region.
http://amzn.to/2lqfKA4 8 oz organic food grade dried lavender flowers from Provence, France $13.01 (Update: I bought it. I recommend it!)
If you’d like to buy dried roses, they’re available on Amazon too. When I gathered the information for this post there were about 20 of these in stock and they sold out in a couple hours, BUT they are scheduled to come back in stock. Lots of romance out there! http://amzn.to/2lqeCwa 1 lb dried rose petals (NOT food grade) $11.50
Another choice to buy from your couch – dried organic German chamomile $16.06 for 1 lb. http://amzn.to/2mQSKqG
The bags are affordable making these lingerie sachets a VERY inexpensive (but extremely lovely) gift. Check these out.http://amzn.to/2mRecMj lavender purple with gold butterfly organza sachet bags 100 for $4.76
And these excite me the most, because, well…scroll down. LAVENDER flower bunch STAMPS. (Giddy!) Imma get me some! If you’re on Team Anointed By Abba, we are making these next make and take! http://amzn.to/2m8kg4L plain cotton drawstring bag 3 x 4 inch 50 for $7.88
Update: Offered this option at a DIY Christmas gift make and take and I LOVED it. It’s an easy item for a make & take and it comes out SO cute!!
http://amzn.to/2mR3eXl lavender flower stamp $8, plus $3.65 shipping

You can pick up an inexpensive stamp pad in simple black for under $3 here: http://amzn.to/2nnA4zr I think the stamped idea would be even cuter than the organza… (and in this update I can say for certain it did come out cuter!)

Smitten! A word of caution, though! Essential oils WILL harm finishes on wood. DO NOT rest a sachet with oil kissed flowers on a surface you care about!! They’re fine to lay on right on your lingerie and unfinished wood. Here’s another thing we love to do with our lavender essential oil, lavender honey scrub. 🙂 (Another brand won’t do!) But feel free to use the oils YOU love.
Does your husband need a sachet full of Joy? LOL! Here’s a stamp for his sachet! http://amzn.to/2n3hQWz
BE the shift away from all the lab-created junk, and toward all that is instinctively good. We are helping to change the statistics that need changing! To order an oil or two, click —-> here.
If you don’t have your own Young Living account, why not? It’s easy and less expensive than you think!
