When I say this whole oil thing changed my life, I’m not kidding! I’m glad the best roller ball blends for the bedroom are all right here! But if you haven’t checked out our post Organic Couple’s Massage Oils…you must!

See, before being introduced to this whole oily lifestyle, me & Mr. didn’t use anything ‘extra’ at all. Hee hee! Which reminds me of when the Wizard of Oz goes from black and white to color… Seriously, go read that post and we will be right here when you get back. 🙂 Go ahead.

Hiiii. Interesting tidbits, eh? Every nightstand should have a bottle of fractionated coconut oil on it, should’t it? Or at least one night stand. Er… one nightstand. (space bar = grammatical difference between a THAT and a piece of furniture?!?) Go on now, get your minds out of the gutter!  Fractionated coconut oil is hella convenient to dilute my pre-workout, my post shower, and “Oh Lawd, my back” oils into, and a much better option than a storebought lotion with all the bad jujus in it. We grab what’s there, so put the good stuff there. Right on the nightstand.

But a roller bottle… LOL! I never thought about that! (Which is kind of amazing me right now–heck yeah!)

And weeeeet-weeeeeooo! These recipes look like…wow.

And of course, you should make these your own. Add or subtract whatever floats your boat. (And the guy in it) I’m thinking Goldenrod was probably out of stock when the recipes in this graphic were created, cuz… that’s a humdinger of an oil for the bedroom. It’s not expensive and it does exactly what it says, so…order up! It’ll probably be out of stock SOON. Get it so you can cruise on the Love Boat instead of  lost at sea… on a dinghy. :-/

Personally, I find that a mix heavier on warming oils with just a dash of cooling oil is – umm, fun. : ) So even though this recipe is made for a 4 oz bottle it could be modified for a roller too. (Read the Couple’s Massage Oil post if you have questions!)

They print on Avery 8163 labels and I only know that because the instructions are on them and they were made by a professional.
