Since learning that lemon oil removes gum from hair I’ve begun to rethink chewing gum. I still chew it, but I’m replacing some of it with a DIY breath spray. I love the health benefits I get and who doesn’t love saving money? Always makes me HAAAAAppy. 😉 (smells good ‘n’ fresh, doesn’t it?) This is also a great idea for someone who has quit smoking. Both Kim and Kristina with Anointed By Abba are former smokers!
I am THRILLED with Rivertree life, once again! These 5 ML spray bottles are such a great purchase. They’re really pretty and perfect for sprays you need to take on the go (poopouri, anyone? LOL!) See how the glass bottle separates from the metal container? I like that! I can see what’s in there. 😉 The cover does fits snugly and won’t be coming apart, and it protects the glass bottle.
I added these oils to my spray bottle and filled the rest with a quality vodka using a pipette, but use the oils that make YOU happy.
- 2-4 drops Spearmint
- 2-4 drops Stress Away
- 2-4 drops Peppermint
- 2-4 drops Cinnamon Bark
**I used Vodka in my recipe, but feel free to use water. Sometimes, when I need breath spray… a tiny shot of alcohol is a welcome ingredient. LOL!**
